Asantelian (bailiwick)

Asantelian (Elw: Асантелиян, Asantelijan) is a city and bailiwick in eastern Elwynn, in the county of Asantelian (SCAR). Population 1,604,077 (1681), of which 43% have Præta as their native language, 35% Istvanistani. Only 3% of the population have Elw as its native language. Præta and Istvanistani are the official languages of the bailiwick. Ceded to Elwynn by the Sovereign Confederation after the War in Wintergleam. Transferred from the Congressional Counties back to the Sovereign Confederation upon the latter's accession to the Elwynnese Republic in 1681.
