Sinaran Pasport Kegemilangan (Phinbellan for Excessive Passport Radiation) is a competition to showcase talent among talented people in the arts across Phinbella. It first aired on NNN, HiFISPBN and TPBN in RP 2610 and began airing on June 4 that year. The first season in which Shamsul Ghau Ghau with his tag-line of fragrance he emerged as the winner.
