The Humanitarian Mission in Lyrica was a relief and exploratory mission authorised by the Command Executive of the Unified Governorates of Benacia in response to a petition by Livist politicians and representatives of the House of Osman to dispatch an expedition to Lyrica to investigate the condition of the Lyrican [[wikipedia:Thrall|thralls newly liberated from Stormark's occupation of their island with the unravelling of the Vanic Web.
