I visited a military base in Wrighthaven once. It was a rather austere location; it was covered in spikes and fantastic power-generation devices that I did not quite understand the inner workings of, and I witnessed an air-drill with a contingent of Sening-class fighters. I must say, I do not believe the military to be a force of weakness.

The Ciric armed forces are the main defence force in the Ciric Confederacy, which adhere to a strict policy of national defence and protection, established by the doctrine of the founders of the armed forces. The forces take very serious pride in their relatively peaceful method of operation, with all forces being trained to spare lives when possible and only undertake actions for the good of the confederacy. The forces also take great pride in their technological development, resulting in new weapons that are designed to minimise the danger for confederate forces.

The Ciric armed forces are also responsible for the maintenance of the Confederate Defence Grid, which is the main method that the confederacy uses to guarantee its security from outside forces.

Atos Weapons Platform		Although only hypothetical at the current time, the proposed Atos weapons platform is a joint research project between the military science division of the science directorate and the Coetus Astrum on the possibility of building a weapons platform on a satellite; the satellite is proposed to contain conventional bombs, guided missiles, and laser weaponry
AD101 "Ad Infinitum" Cannon		The AD101 cannon is the confederacy's most classified military secret, due to its extreme destructive capabilities; the AD101 cannon is designed to use a centrifugal accelerator to speed up a huge shell that contains a sample of hydrogen and a sample of anti-hydrogen, hypercooled atoms, which are condensed into a singularity by the centripetal force of the centrifuge; the shell is then launched, and the miniature singularity pulls in the hydrogen and anti-hydrogen, which react and annihilate each other, producing an extremely large amount of energy; the singularity contains the energy released by the mass annihilation until it strikes its target and the singularity breaks down, resulting in the instant release of all of the energy; confederate scientists have determined that the energy released by a detonation of a single shell could annihilate an area nine times the size of Mourn.
