All 31 clubs in the Krasnovlac Elite League and the Krasnovlac Second Chance entered this season's Rhict Cup. A draw was done to decide the fixtures for the first round which all clubs participated in.
Due to controversy in the 2021 edition surrounding Aeland Krasno refusing entry to Tchanzul Town during their match against Kurison Club, all Aeland Krasno home matches were to be played in the away team's ground.
