Javier Husayn is a foundling, born in 1690, and a Constancian subject. Currently in the custody of the Saraymardana of Raspur. His education is sponsored by the N&H National Sector Party of Constancia under the Future Leadership Programme. As of 1710, he has served two years in the Imperial Constancian Army, and is presently employed as an administrative assistant of ESB Logistics in Eura.
In 1717, he was confirmed as the illegitimate son of Prince Iñigo.
