The Count Palatine of Kezan (called so irrespective of the gender of the title-holder) is a Shirerithian title of nobility, created by Kaiser Aiomide in 1606. As one of the few titles of nobility in Shireroth, it comes with a feudal overlordship, in this case over Kezan (the County Palatine of Kezan).
It is the foremost and most prestigious title of comital degree in Shireroth, thus ranking higher than all other counts.
