Biography

Roest-Westhin was the founder of the Kingdom of Pendronia in late 2001, and guided that Kingdom to unprecedented growth and stability during his two-year reign as its King. In April 2004, due to macronational obligations, he abdicated the Pendronian throne, being replaced by Steven DeBlood. He gained Gotzborg citizenship when Pendronia was annexed on December 7, 2004, and has since served the Royal Kingdom in various capacities. He was the author of the Coat of Arms Act, which led to the regulation of armorials in Gotzborg.

His hobbies include horse racing, chivalric study, heraldic research, and noble and royal genealogy.
