Tianhoucheng, meaning City of the Empress of Heaven, was long known as the Batavian capital 's Koningenwaarde. Nowadays it holds an important strategical naval base of the Imperial Jingdaoese Navy, serves as its Western Fleet communication headquarter and is home to a large number of Batavian and Jingdaoese refugees.
It's situated in western Benacia and is completely surrounded by the Shirerithians. This resulted in an increase of military personnel and defence investments in 6302 ASC.
