Dalibor Grgic was hired as the new club manager in early February. Thampines finished in 9th place for the 2024–25 season, with Subramaniam Engreh being the team's lead scorer for the season. The team would be officially renamed to Bedok Sailors for the 2025–26 season and oversaw a new era.
