A major unit of the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces, comprised primarily of Home Guard, reservists resident in Aqabah, and paramilitary personnel. Its commander has almost always been a career professional general officer of the Imperial Constancian Army.
It is headquartered in Fort Apokapes, outside Agamrah, Aqabah.
