Timūr al-Osman Taraghay was a servant of the Raspur Khanate.
Married to Nilufar al-Osman, as witnessed by Imperial Proclamation of Ayreon IV, 19.VI.1658. A son, Zurvanudin Miran al-Osman, born 1660.
Appointed Director for Security of the ESB Group on 24.XIV.1662 at an extraordinary general meeting at Modan Hamlet.
Later raised to the Imperial Senate of the Imperial State of Constancia. News of his untimely death, acknowledged 12.XIV.1685 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the ESB Group held in Aqaba.
The 1668th (Timūr al-Osman Taraghay) Brigade, Imperial Constancian Army, is named in his honor.
