The Proletarian Democratic Union, or simply Proletaria, was the result of a merger between the People's United Republic, led by Orion and the People's Democracy of Rasperia, led by Dafydd Young. The People's United Republic, originally founded by Thomas Hubert, comprised the states of Rulak and Umoja. Rasperia, on the other hand, contained parts of the former Free Republic and the Skerry Isles. The two nations formed one of the few powerfully successful mergers in the Apollo Sector and changed their name to Proletaria.
