The Constituents Cup is the football tournament in four disciplines between the four constituent countries of the United Kingdom of Meckelnburgh: metropolitan Meckelnburgh, Branniboria, the Prince-Archabbacy of Salem and the Grand Duchy of Iselande. The tournament is scheduled in mid-August at the end of the worldwide football season.

Creation

The first edition was in 2024. Inspired by the Territories Cup previously held in Mercury, the tournament was possible after the Branniboria national football team was founded in 2024, bringing the total number of countries to four. The tournament was also established to provide the countries of Branniboria and Salem the opportunity to compete on an inter-country stage, as neither team is affiliated with the FMF.

Format

The sports played in the tournament are association football, seven-a-side football, arena football and futsal. Each discipline is played in one group stage, each national side seeing the others once, with a final match between the two highest point earners. Points per match are awarded: 3 for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss.

An overall winner is identified via points awarded for performance in each discipline: 5 for first place, 3 for second place, 2 for third place and 1 for fourth place.
