Anna of the Neurändern was a woman who lived in Whales in the late 1500's and early 1600's. Born in the lordship of Andelarion an den Neurändern, she had eight children stemming from a difficult relationship with Ludwig von Blutwasser, who also conceived children with several other women.

In written history, not much else is known about her but in the oral traditions of the pagan women of South Cibola, especially in South Cibolan Witchcraft she is often considered to have become the deity that is called the Eternal Mistress after her death. Interest in Anna of the Neurändern grew in the Confoederatio Aemilia in the 1730's, especially in the form of essays written from a feminist perspective, often concerning the problematic relationships Ludwig von Blutwasser, who was revered in the predecessor state of Sankt Ludwigshafen, with the women he had offspring with.
