The Alperen Arslan, or Ata, or Alperen "Berk" Arslan, he is the acting and still president of the Thraci Confederation, taking over the mandate from Yaşar Talha Bülbül. He was born in 1662 in Sebastya Province of First Thracistan, in the old West Corum. At the age of twenty, he was involved in political affairs for the first time, and then he entered the military profession. It is famous all over the world for the Project Gama project.
