Molivadia Development Corporation is a state-owned development enterprise, incorporated via Autokratorial Decree on 14.VIII.1704, that serves as the commercial arm of the Principality of Molivadia. Domiciled in the newly-established settlement and planned regional capital, San Felipe, the development of the location is its primary project. It has a subsidiary, Bank of Molivadia.
It is owned by the Principality of Molivadia and governed by the Council of Molivadia. Imperial Senator Sebastiano Gianakos is its President.
