The Folksraad was an elected body in the legislature of Shireroth that was elected by the adult denizens (i.e. the non-indentured non-noble resident population). Shortly after the 1669 Folksraad election it stopped functioning properly due to the Kalirion Fracture in 1671 AN. Due to domestic troubles, the Folksraad did not meet again till the 1717 general elections.
