Elizabeth Georgina Giannoulis is a Dark Berrian politican who was born in 1679 AN in Mountainview Bay in the Dark Berry Islands. Born to an Athlonian father and a Dark Berrian mother, she studied in Constancia prior to the Dark Berry Islands civil war. In 1700, she moved to Ergo Sum in Lac Glacei due to the war and became an active member of the Sofian cause, eventually becoming the deputy chairwoman of the Council of Women.
Her elder brother, George Giannoulis is a professional footballer for Mountainview Bay FC and the Dark Berry Islands national football team.
In 1713 AN, she married Ryan Chester, a merchant from Mountainview Bay, and gave birth to a daughter, Sienna Chester-Giannoulis, in 1714 AN at the age of 35. Their son, Thomas Chester-Giannoulis, was born in 1716 AN.
