Apolyon Marinakis was Minister of Maritime of the Imperial State of Constancia from 13.X.1667 to 12.I.1686
In late 1699, recalled to active service in the Imperial Constancian Navy with the rank of Yponavarchos (Rear Admiral), and appointed Director of Maritime Movements of the Allied Military Council in Norvind, Altus. Also took command of KP Týmpana-se-vathi as flag officer shortly thereafter.
For his long service, made Knight Commander of the Order of the Great Kingdom of Constancia in the 1704 Extraordinary Investiture.
