The Constancian Agency for International Development (CONAID) is the international cooperation agency of the government of the Imperial State of Constancia.
While operationally independent, it is attached to the Foreign Ministry for administrative purposes, and is headed by a Director-General, who is appointed by the Autokrator of Constancia from a list of nominees recommended by the Mesazon. All Imperial Constancian embassies have an international cooperation attache who is an employee of this agency.
