Selardi is a bailiwick of the Sovereign Confederation. It is named for Selardi Jen Daniyal, the "Founding Daughter" of the Sovereign Confederation. An influx of Tephale refugees settled the bailiwick following the Scouring, creating small settlements of ice fishing settlements which developed into a year-round aquaculture industry by 1712.
