The Legatine College for Domestic Investigation (CDI) is the domestic intelligence and security service of the Benacian Union and its principal union investigation agency. Operating under the jurisdiction of the Commission for the Panopticon, the CDI is also run by the Corps of the Gentlemen-at-Cudgels and reports to both the Bludgeoner-General and the Commissioner of the Panopticon.
