The Duke of Santiago Foundation is a charitable foundation incorporated on VI.15.1694 under the laws of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. It has its head office in Punta Santiago, but also has offices in Cardenas, Santiago, and Lausanne. The Chairman of the Board of Trustees is the Prince of Molivadia, who is Duke of Santiago in the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie, although day to day operations are run by an appointed Executive Director. Javier Primo de Aguilar, the formerly estranged half-brother of the Autokrator of Constancia has a sinecure position as resident non-executive director and Vice Chairman, operating out of the Santiago office.
It is particularly dedicated to relief and development work in the Region of Santander.

Although ostensibly non-partisan, it has been noted that Humanist Vanguard members in plainclothes, or official Foundation volunteer clothing are frequent volunteers to its activities. The Duke of Santiago Foundation repeatedly reminds media practitioners that volunteerism is a noble ideal and should be encouraged, particularly with the youth. The Duke of Santiago Foundation maintains a firm apolitical policy, and no political insignia is permitted in its activities.
