The Count of Woodshire (known as the Countess of Woodshire if held by a woman) is a title of nobility in the Imperial Peerage of Shireroth. It was created in 1688 for Lord Chrysostom Wythe, Viscount Holly-Wythe. Held since by him, the heir apparent to the title is his grandson Cassian Wythe.

It is a landed title in the Duchy of the Guttuli.
