The National Museum is located in Xiacheng and serves as one of the largest museums of the Jingdaoese Empire. The building once served as the Marmore Palace (Marble or White Palace) and acted as the main residence of the rulers of the Late Jierdai Dynasty. While members of the House of Myksos have been granted a stipend and the right to remain in some of the separate living quarters, this is merely done by the head of the family as a symbolic act of loyalty and gratitude to the Heavenly Light.

The Imperial Stewardship works closely with the curators and House of Myksos and is sometimes asked to appraise new discoveries for their historical and financial value.
