Naubandar (Elw: Наубандар) is an Elwynnese bailiwick in the far south of the Alalehzamini Autonomous Republic. Naubandar borders Shirekeep in the east, and the bailiwicks Ismailabad in the north, and Aslanshahr and Zarddeh in the west. To its south, the Blue Elwynn separates it from Shireroth's Duchy of Brookshire.
The bailiwick's population is (as of 1679) 1,800,994 persons, of which 68% indicate that Babkhi is their native tongue and 14% Elw. The official languages of Naubandar are Babkhi and Istvanistani.
The bailiwick was originally crafted from several sleeper-towns close to Shirekeep. The name of the bailiwick reflects this, as it is the Babkhi name for "new city" or "new cities".
