The Brettish Isles Accession Treaty (formally the Agreement between the Senate of the Lakes, the Parliament of the Brettish Isles, and the Cynulliad Cenedlaethol of the Gwlad y Calbain on uniting the Commonwealth of the Brettish Isles with the Order of the Holy Lakes) is a treaty negotiated between Hurmu and the Brettish Isles, which, will see the latter become a part of the Order of the Holy Lakes, on 1.I.1753.

The treaty is currently discussed by representatives of Hurmu, the Brettish Isles, and Calbion.

Treaty

Article 1

  1. The Commonwealth of the Brettish Isles ratifies the Charter for the Order of the Holy Lakes and henceforth will be a Realm under the Order of the Holy Lakes in the Order of the Holy Lakes. The Gwlad y Calbain surrenders its sovereignty over the Brettish Isles to the Order of the Holy Lakes;
  2. The Commonwealth of the Brettish Isles remains autonomous, with its own system of law and culture, in so far as is provided by the Charter for the Order of the Holy Lakes and Acts of Senate.
  3. The ability to enter into diplomatic relations and international treaties shall be transferred to the Order of the Holy Lakes.

Article 2

  1. The Right Honourable Lord Robert Vernet, sixth Baron of Willow and the Lord Steward of the Brettish Isles shall be inducted into the Order of the Holy Lakes.
  2. The Lord Steward shall always have a permanent seat on the Senate of the Lakes. In accordance of the procedures of the Senate, this seat shall be granted away by the outgoing Lord Steward upon the event that a new Lord Steward is elected by Parliament.
  3. The Right Honourable Lord Robert Vernet, sixth Baron of Willow and the incumbent Lord Steward of the Brettish Isles, shall first hold the seat stipulated in 2.1.

Article 3

  1. The crown is extended as legal tender in the Commonwealth of the Brettish Isles.
  2. The Calbain Arian remains legal tender until 25 AN years after the ratification of this treaty.
  3. The Norton calendar is the calendar for the entirety of the realms held in trust by the Order of the Holy Lakes.
  4. The Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of the Brettish Isles are merged into the Fyrð, as Territorial Reserve Force.
  5. Calbic shall be a recognised minority language of the Order of the Holy Lakes.

Article 4

This Treaty shall be ratified by the Parties according to their constitutional requirements. This Treaty enters into force on the first day of the first month of the year 1753.
