Oportian Naval Base Caenarvon (ONB Caenarvon) is a major naval base and shipyard complex of the Navy of Oportia located within the Port d'Est Supershipyard in Port d'Est, Oportia. Established in 1730 AN during the initial development of Port d'Est following Operation Verdant Reach, ONB Caenarvon serves as the headquarters of the Eastern Fleet Command and houses the Navy's primary submarine construction and maintenance facilities. The base spans 385 hectares and includes specialized submarine construction halls, classified underwater testing facilities, and advanced naval research laboratories.
