Avey is a city ruled by Nouvelle Alexandrie, which serves as the primary port of the Commonwealth of Zeed.
History
Transferred to the control of Nouvelle Alexandrie following the armistice that ended the Third Euran War.
ESB Armada is due to open a shipyard in Avey in 1735 once the facility has been completed and turned over by ESB Construction.
