The war started when a man, who had entered the city the day before wearing a stylish business suit, decided to stroll through the city wearing ill-fitting denim shorts exposing his hairy white legs. Distressed inhabitants called the guard which started a full inquiry. As part of the inquiry, guardsmen travelled to [[Stadt Sankt Rosa]] where they visited the clothing shop of Daisy Levi.
