The Apertura 2020 NML championship stage, commonly known as Liguilla (Martino: mini-league) was played from November 21 to December 12, 2020. The winner qualified for the 2021 FMF Champions League.

Format
- The team with more goals on aggregate after two matches advanced.
- The away goals rule was applied in the quarterfinals and semifinals, but not the final.
