The Antya River is an important river on the Apollonian continent, running from Lake Christoph in the centre of the Empire of the Great Jing to Carama Bay in the south. The name is of ancient origin and is said to mean infinite, as its source and full length were not mapped completely for many years, suggesting the river had no start or end and was thus of infinite length. It acted as an lifeline for the local population, and brought prosperity to the first farming civilisations. It played a key role in eventually establishing the first large urban societies on Micras, of which Xiacheng is the primary example.
