The Bataafsche Scheepvaartmaatschappij was a Batavian-Jingdaoese-Aldurian company. It played an important role in the establishment of the Duchy of Leylstadt, as its owner - Nicholas des Vinandy-Windsor - invested most of its funds in the organisation of the Valesian Expeditions.
