Sanama has no dominant language. Each area has its own majority languages. In the west, Cisamarrese still has a strong position, even though it is weakening due to immigration. Sanaman is the majority language in Amarra, the area around Fatehpur Sikri, and in the south and along the southeastern coast, the area known as Sanilla. Istvanistani and Praeta are strong primarily in urban areas, but also in Thanatos, while Laqi is spoken in the southeast.
