The national sport of Saint-Antoine is pétanque, although there is no national governing body, with most competitions being organised on a regional basis. Archery is also commonly practiced throughout the nation. The most popular team sports are cricket and hockey-sur-mer, a variant of ice hockey played on wooden rafts, using a cork ball or puck.

The currency of Saint-Antoine is the Lune. When the currency was first created, it was pegged to the value of one month's work for a standard unskilled labourer, however due to inflation, the average monthly wage in Saint-Antoine nowadays is closer to 15 Lunes.
