If plans go ahead the 8 successful applicants from the Florian Regional Leagues will be featured in the inaugural season. New clubs will be allowed to apply for playing in the league. It has also been announced that least one team from Etourney will be featured. On the 26th August, it was announced that a team from Northcliff, Northcliff City would enter the league and also that FC Rovers from Etourney will enter the league. A day later it was announced that Birmingham United,Oldhaven Rangers,Ostville United and Blyth City would enter the league and that four academies will also be entered. On 25th October 2017, Stonehall Hotspur and Celtic FC Oldhaven withdrew their academies from the league. This left only two academies to be entered in the league. To replace the withdrawn academy sides, two new teams, Royal Diamonds and Knife's Edge Town will enter. A day later it was announced that Partizan and Southwood and Southoak Albion will also enter the league to the make the league a fourteen team competition. However, Blyth City and FC Partizan pulled out due to not raising enough funds.
