Career
Club
F'ermo began playing professionally when he joined newly-formed Kealb FC ahead of the inaugural CrFA League 2 season aged 23. Immediately established as a starting member of the team's back four, wearing number 6, he helped win the title with the best defensive record in the league. Despite maintaining a form which saw the club never concede more than five goals in a campaign, F'ermo and Kealb were only able to finish second for the following three seasons, going unbeaten twice. They did, however, win the first ever Cities' Cup in 2005, and finished as runners-up on two other occasions. The 2008 season saw another unbeaten Kealb side win a second title; an achievement that supported their promotion to the top flight that summer, while F'ermo scored the winner against Xäiville Teflons FC in the quarter-finals of that year's King's Cup as the team reached the semis for the first time.
F'ermo's first three seasons in League 1 were notably more difficult, playing against stronger opposition more regularly, and the team finished no higher than 6th. The 2012 campaign was somewhat of a breakthrough for the club, as unprecedented results led them to a record-highest second-placed finish, with F'ermo ever-present. The following two seasons saw Kealb fall backward, with League 1 now expanded to ten teams, by finishing in 8th and 6th, with F'ermo now being utilised as part of a rotation tactic with new recruit Kong Kea Sakngea. At the culmination of the 2014 season, after eleven seasons with Kealb, F'ermo announced his retirement at the age of 34.
International
Although never considered for the national team earlier in his career, F'ermo's domestic form during Kealb's impressive 2012 campaign earned him a call-up for the squad for the 2012 FMF World Cup. F'ermo made his début as a substitute in a friendly win over Kyō-Jima that summer, but never earned any further caps prior to his footballing retirement in 2014.
