Hieu, known under the aliases Ramazan Tarekseev, JH Jang and Dovid Aharon Gastone is a semi-active micronationalist known for his works in the Micras Sector, especially during his very active years between 2005-2009. With his interests of micronations originating from the Lovely Sector, he has taken a large interest in developing numerous Asian-themed nations. Like most of the surviving Lovely Sector micronationalists, most of Hieu's micronational interests became predominantly simulationist as with the majority of Micras.
