Constancian Development Bank is a state corporation and state-owned development bank, focused on commercial, industrial, SME and state lending for national and local development.

Chartered via Autokratorial Decree on 14.V.1739 as one of the priorities of the Administration of Agnar Egbert Oakwood, it was capitalized via the Constancian Legacy Asset Management Permanent Fund, the sovereign wealth fund of the Imperial State of Constancia via a loan of 2.5 billion Natopos, or 150 trillion Constancian staters.

It currently holds office in rented spaces at Tapfer Plaza, Aqaba, Aqabah.
