The Special Inspector General for Zeed Reconstruction (SIGZR, pronounced "See-Gahr") was an office chartered by authority of the Cortes Federales, by a very close vote just prior to its adjournment for the New Alexandrian general election, 1713, with the remit to objectively ascertain and independently determine progress of Raspur Pact pacification of Zeed, and to assess the effectiveness of the Allied Control Commission that was governing the country since the Third Euran War and in light of the 1701 Armistice of Alduria City.
It was unable to perform any significant work due to its inability to deploy inspectors on the ground. The Allied Control Commission regretted that it could not, in good conscience, permit entry due to safety concerns of such noble personages once in Zeed.
