Faris Isaac is a Dauian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Sanpanese club Dateido FC .

Early life

Faris would begin his footballing journey at the age of 9, playing for his school team. His talent was recognized by the Jaran Besor City FC coach Risto Lalic as he watched Faris dribble through the opposition defence during a school tournament with silky moves whilst being a head taller than his opponents, this led to Risto offering Faris a trial in the Jaran Besor City FC academy and joined successfully for the under-18's age group whilst only being 15. He would continue to nuture and grow with the team and was hailed as one of the top striker talents in Mataba and was said to have massive potential as a target forward.

Faris would move to Krasnovlac at the age of 18 to study at University of the Lorat, however he never played much during his college career and only used it as a chance to attempt to stay fit whilst studying.

Club career

Faris trained with Lorat Ultras but never officially joined due to him focusing on coursework and graduating.

Belaov Treble

Prior to graduation, Faris accepted an offer to join Krasnovlac Elite League club Belaov Treble as a pre-contract offer and officially joined in the early half of 2023. Faris left the club following the total collapse of Krasnovlac.

Dateido FC

Following offers from Dauian clubs and trial sessions overseas, Faris rejected Cheetahs XII's contract offer as he would sign for Dateido FC days later after the news broke out, becoming the first Dauian footballer to set foot in Sanpantul football.

Personal life

Born to Dauian footballing legend Isaac Zainol and fellow Dauian actress Sohal Ariff, Faris is named after famous footballer and friend of Isaac Zainol, being Faris Samad.

Faris since small has received footballing lessons from his father and other peers. He was also sent to multiple well-known footballing schools in Daau before moving to Mataba at the age of 9. There under his father's recommendation he joined Jaran Besor City FC's youth teams in 2015 and played with them until he graduated and went to university. Despite being Dauian by blood and passport, Faris has never played in Daau's youth leagues and has only been to Daau as a vacation trip to visit relatives.

Faris has two siblings, his younger brother Hami Isaac plays for Mak Kau Hijau FC in the Daau Premier League whilst his older twin brother, Haziq Isaac plays as a forward for fellow Daau Premier League club Tanjong Kutong Rangers.
