Karl Blutwasser-Ayreon-Kalirion von und zu Walstadt, zu Licht (1604–1631) proclaimed himself Prince of Walstadt in 1627 when he declared his father Ludwig dead. Ludwig, however, was not dead, and returned to the throne in 1728. He was thereafter removed from the succession to the principality.
His mother was Anna of the Neurändern. He had seven children, each child had a different mother. His children were: Heinrich, Elijah, Adelheid, Nathan, Jonathan, Jakob, Simone.
