Neurossheim is a city in southern Cibola. Originally settled c.1503 AN by the Germanians under the name Stuttgart, it was re-founded in 1592 AN by the Rossheimers.
Neurossheim was the capital of the Duchy of Rossheim-Slavonia between 1592 and 1596 AN. It has been the capital of the Etzeland since 1702 AN.
