As such, legal scholars in Whales have agreed that the title "Lord of Walstadt" refers to the title as claimed by Adam and not the title Lord of Walstadt (when referring to the capital city of Whales).

Decreed hereby the Queen's Radiant Majesty:

1. The titles and positions and fiefs belonging to Prince Elian and Lord of Walstadt are abolished.

2. It shall be a crime for anyone to use these titles.

3. The organization of the Elian Lands following the latest enlargement remains under discussion by the political parties of the various demesnes of the Union.
