The Imperial Whites (in Batavian Keizerlijke Witten), also, known as the Báirén, is the oldest personal army of the Heavenly Light. While the more infamous Tegong acted as a mix of a paramilitary organisation and secret service, the Whites took up the role as personal imperial guard.
Just like the Tegong, they are not part of either Army or Navy, but are loyal directly to the Emperor (which is represented by the Imperial Household in His communication to the troops).
