Capitolia is the administrative seat of the governorate of Florencia and the Circuit of Jahid Khaz Modan. As well as being the most populous city on the island of Florencia it is also the capital of the the United Isles, a cultural nation within the realm of the Unified Governorates of Benacia. It is, accordingly, to be considered a subject of the Benacian Union.
