Following the ultimate collapse of the Krasnovlac state, the Hanbei group would liquidate itself and would allow for the Kutong District Recreation & Sports Assn Ltd to take over the club licensing and was renamed to Bukit Kutong FC. The Zhukang Hanbei club license was handed over to the Kutong District RSA.
