The Marquess of Machinaria (of Machinaria in the the Imperial Duchy of Brookshire) is a title of nobility in the Imperial Peerage of Shireroth, created as Count of Machinaria in 1659 for Tinker Sprocket, Viscount Sprocket of Machinaria, who had recently become Count of Norrström in Natopia. The Shirerithian government wanted to ensure that his Shirerithian title was of equal dignity to his Natopian and therefore created him Count of Machinaria. In 1741, Kaiser Ayreon V raised Tinker Sprocket to Marquess of Machinaria following his retirement from the Landsraad.
