Yupanki Tupaq is Marshal General of the Federal Forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie and was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Council under the administration of Felipe de Almagro. Subsequently appointed to command of the Keltian Continental Theatre Command of the Raspur Pact in 1719 AN.
He first came to national notice due to Operation Bellona.
